now first of all i have no problem with the rank emote, however what i do have issues with is being in AB HA RA or TA and as a necro getting whipped by a W/A A/W or anyone then standing over my dead corpse and flash the rank emote and call me a noob whatever

Heh, remembered another pet peeve: the useless weenie waggers. The people who are so quick to talk about how easy something was for them, how they did it the first time in ten minutes or less, whenever anyone complains about the difficulty of anything. PvE is so bad about this and it's always so obnoxious.

Give tips or something, but don't just stand around sneering at new players.

I also hate cookie cutter morons..I cleared FoW in 1h53 with people and guess what.. we had a mesmer, the warriors elite was evicerate and tanked with dolyak signet, and we had no bonder.. only one good prot and one good heal. Oh ya.. the elementalists didn't exclusively use SF.. *sigh*

I was testing a signet of illusions build in RA with protective spirit, healing breeze, inspired and revealed hex and enchantments for fun and to give my teammates a bit of support. It was going really well in one group with a prot monk, but we lost to a load of hexers. I enter the next battle and ping my build. The rit pings his build - no elite, 6 normal spirits and ether signet, no boon of creation or any points in spawning and he says 'healing breeze sux in PVP.' I typed /resign, ran straight to the enemy team and let them kill me. Rit says something like 'OMG noob mes stay at spirits blah-di-blah' so I didnt bother staying around and Rage quit.

Yeah, it's really annoying. In the past couple days, the only time I didn't have an obby tank and a bonder for FoW where when I made my own groups as a prot monk. It's so overkill... and today, that was even horrible. Our obby tank was totally new to FoW (had never set a foot in FoW before, yet had all their materials to get armor), our bonder couldn't heal the damage when 2 of the nukers left, the dervish rushed around and went AFK several times, without warning, and people were drawing genitalia and writing insults on the radar - was one of the nukers who ended up leaving. The remaining nukers also ignored most calling.

Quite the collection of behavior I despise. I'm surprised I haven't raged before...

lol wtf? are monks so bad nowedays as to need an obsidian tank for freaking FISSURE AND UNDERWORLD? the places arent hard. wtf? just dont over pull and its easy.

if theres one type of person i hate, its ppl who are bad but act arrogant and call others nubs, aka ppl who lose then call the other team nubs. like honeslty, if they are so bad, how did they beat u with balance?

Have you read the price check forums? There are, at times, 20k fluctuations in prices. I usually sell on the low end of the guru price list. Why do sellers have to do all the work? I also hate players who post the GREAT deal they got buying from someone who doesn't know prices.

And your analogy is terrible, too. By extension you're equating watching man-porn to washing your hands, which makes no sense at all. If you like the look of the same sex character you've chosen, great: but if one only likes the look of the characters of the opposite sex, why should one be forced to pick "the correct gender" just to satisfy your bizarre need for gender accuracy?

Come to that, why does it even MATTER? Are you "croozin ur GW, pickin up chix?"

As far as playing the game (which is, as far as I know, the actual IDEA), gender is utterly irrelevant. I'm not gonna kick someone out of my party because they're a different sex in real life to their character, because I don't care, and never ask: it makes zero difference to their ability to play the game.

Besides, if it matters that much to you, you can normally guess fairly easy: if they spam "OMG NUB WTF!" at largely random intervals..they're probably male.

and forces you to continue the mission, or start all over again just to abandon them...They should inforce a /kick function. Where all chars in the party have a chance to kick, but then I guess it would be abused very easily...

Picking Items Up During Fights
I'm not so fussy about picking up Golds, Purples and Greens, but when you are in the heat of the battle, do you really need to pick up every single white that drops? Can't you wait until the enemy isdeath, before picking up whites?
